A Gentle, Intuitive Reiki Session Held With Presence

In this remote Reiki session, I combine traditional Reiki energy work with intuitive perception and a deeply grounded approach to energetic support. Every session is unique. I do not follow a rigid formula. Instead, I connect with your energy field intuitively and allow the Reiki energy to flow where support, balance, and harmonization are most needed. My intention is not to “fix” you. It is to hold a clear, calm, and energetically supportive space in which your system can begin to release, restore, and reconnect with its own natural wisdom. This session is especially supportive if you are highly sensitive, emotionally tired, energetically open, or moving through a phase where you need more inner stability and peace.

  • We begin with a short online conversation

    At the beginning of your session, we meet briefly online so you can arrive, share how you are feeling, and set a gentle intention for the Reiki session.

  • You relax while the Reiki energy flows

    After our short conversation, you can lie down or sit comfortably in your own space. You do not need to do anything. Simply allow yourself to receive. During this time, I connect with your energy field and offer Reiki from a distance.

  • We close with reflection and grounding

    At the end of the session, we reconnect briefly. You can share what you noticed, and I will offer any intuitive impressions or energetic observations that may have come through during the session.

Do I need to be present?

Yes, your presence is required for the opening and closing video consultations. These two short conversations allow you to arrive, share how you are feeling, and gently integrate the session afterward.
During the Reiki transmission itself, you are invited to simply relax, rest, or lie down comfortably. The energy work is offered from a distance, so you can receive it from the comfort of your own home.

What if I don't feel anything?

That is completely okay. Reiki can be subtle, and every person experiences energy differently.
Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or a gentle shift in their body. Others may not feel much during the session itself, but notice changes later — such as better sleep, a calmer mind, or a softer inner state.
Not feeling anything does not mean that nothing is happening. Your system receives the energy in the way that is right for you.

Can Reiki help with physical symptoms?

Reiki is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or cure physical conditions. If you have physical symptoms or health concerns, please always seek support from a qualified medical professional.
However, many people experience Reiki as deeply relaxing for the body and supportive for their overall well-being. When stress, emotional heaviness, or energetic imbalance affects the body, Reiki may help create a sense of softness, calm, and inner ease.

What should I do after the session?

After your session, it is helpful to give yourself a little space to integrate.
Drink water, move slowly, and avoid rushing immediately into something demanding if possible. You may want to rest, journal, take a gentle walk, or simply stay quiet for a while.
Your body and energy system may continue to settle after the session, so allow yourself to listen to what you need.

How many sessions should I book?

One Reiki session can already offer a beautiful moment of calm, energetic support, and inner reconnection.
If you are moving through a deeper emotional phase, ongoing stress, energetic exhaustion, or a period of transition, a series of sessions may feel more supportive. Reiki can unfold gently over time, allowing your system to settle, integrate, and rebalance more deeply.
For this reason, I offer a 3-session package at a reduced price for those who feel called to receive more continuous support.

How soon can I book?

You can book your session directly through my online calendar. Available appointments are usually shown up to two weeks in advance, with new time slots typically added on Mondays.
To allow enough time for preparation, bookings are possible up to 12 hours before the session.
