Shipping Policy

At The Divine Ginger, selected physical products are created and fulfilled using different production and shipping methods. Depending on the products in your order, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Books and Journals

Our books and journals are made especially for you through a print-on-demand process and are printed and shipped directly by our professional printing partner, Lulu.

Because each item is produced after your order is placed, production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, printing location, and selected shipping service. Due to the print-on-demand process, production and delivery can take up to 14 days.

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.

Energy Jewelry

Selected Energy Jewelry pieces are prepared, packed, and shipped directly by me, Susan Cibere.

Each order is handled with care. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the individual product.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains both books or journals and Energy Jewelry, the products will be fulfilled from different locations and will arrive in separate packages. You may therefore receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking link.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is included for physical products in the countries and regions available at checkout.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location. If shipping is not available to your address, you will be notified during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times shown during checkout or in your shipping confirmation are estimates only. Production schedules, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

The Divine Ginger is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for additional import-related charges.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

The Divine Ginger cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
